The 2013 Annual Conference was held in October in Nashville, TN.  Sgt. Dawn Sprayberry of the Fort Smith AR Police Department was named the Investigator of the Year.  Sgt. Darrell Harris of the Ohio State Patrol was named Recruiter of the Year.
