2014 Conference/Banquet
The 2014 Annual Conference took place in November in Tampa, FL. Sgt. Michael Evans of the Tempe AZ Police Department was named the Investigator of the Year. Sgt. Rick Silberman of the North Miami Beach FL Police Department was named Recruiter of the Year.
