Sgt. Robert Hayslip of the Ohio State Patrol was named Investigator of the Year, and Sgt. Rick Silberman of the North Miami Beach FL Police Department was named Recruiter of the Year.  Attorney Eric Daigle of the Daigle Law Group was the keynote speaker.
