Regional Executive Committee Chair
Michael Pavone
Mike is currently the Regional Executive Committee Chair for the N.I.A.I.A. He has been affiliated with the Association since 1997. He has served in his current position for the past two years. Prior to that he served three years as the Association’s Recording Secretary, and prior to that, as an Executive Committee member for the Northeast Region assisting in the recruitment of new Association members. Mike is a thirty-eight year veteran of the police profession in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts serving his last fifteen-years as a Detective Lieutenant with the Internal Affairs Section of the Massachusetts State Police. He has been assigned to various positions throughout his career including Field Operations as a Barrack’s Commander, S.W.A.T Team Squad Leader, Patrol Supervisor, and Recruit Training Academy Director, just to name a few. Mike is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts and possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Westfield State College and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Western New England University. Mike is currently a sworn Constable in Massachusetts.
